DEEA school

DEEA school

This equipment was created for use in educational settings, such as: school-based programs, foreign language training, therapeutic learning programs and other applications. With this portable equipment, it’s now possible to bring the principles of listening therapy, as originally developed by Dr. Alfred Tomatis, into every school classroom. The application of advanced technical auditory approaches, such as the use of both bone and air conduction, along with special adjustments for learning new languages, can stimulate attention, concentration, auditory perception, listening and speaking, thereby creating new patterns for success in communication and social skills. Foreign languages can be learned more easily and successfully. DEEA school equipment can be used for individual sessions, as well as for group training. For example, using the DEEA school equipment, one group, containing 8 students and their teacher could enjoy a conversation using their headsets with built-in microphones. At the same time, a second group of 16 students could be listening to an enhanced music program. Many other combinations of listening activities are possible with this unique educational unit
